Susan has extensive experience in the expertise of business finance, being highly driven and motivated, having gained Business Management and Accountancy Diploma Distinction, Susan has also achieved her Diploma in Employment Law.
Susan has worked with individuals through to large corporate companies, being responsible for cash flow management, forecasting, cost control, financial management and final accounts. A strong analytical background with the ability to explain the complexities of the Tax System.
Susan worked closely with an International Training and Testing Company, producing a technical author document for their SAGE Training Product, which has now gone to market. Susan has completed her Teacher's Degree and is now teaching AAT at a College in the local area.
Susan also has proven skills in the Employment Tribunal Arena having successfully defended and brought Tribunal Cases, reviewing and re-writing Contract and Terms and Conditions of Employment, implementing HR procedures.
Susan is a keen runner, running the 5K and 10K Race For Life raising funds for Cancer Research (twice), and the 16K The BUPA Great South Run, together with The New Forest Half Marathon, also running the London Marathon in 2014 with her husband, John Robertson - raising funds for the Lymphoma Cancer Trust. Shortly afterwards completing Tough Mudder at Winchester. In 2018 Susan completed a skydive raising money for a local charity – Football for Kids.
