John feels it is vitally important to a  business that its finances are proactively managed, allowing the business  owners to focus on growing their business.

Susan has extensive experience in the expertise of business finance, being highly driven and motivated with a strong analytical background.

My passion and joy was in critical thinking, negotiating and process driven work. I have now moved to an exciting opportunity within JSR Management to help develop business practices and lead the team to newer, greater heights.

I joined JSR Management in August 2023 after I realised that Bookkeeping and Accounting was the direction I wanted to take my career in – I look forward to completing the my qualifications and training to help further my career in this sector.

I have now joined JSR Management as a Data Entry Clerk with a view to furthering my career as a qualified bookkeeper.

I started my working career as a Nursery Practitioner, which I thoroughly enjoyed for 5 and a half years, this is where I grew my organisation, time management and good communication skills. After having 2 daughters of my own in 2019 and 2022, I wanted a new challenge and to focus on my bookkeeping and accountancy career.

After finding the right career path for me at JSR Management in September 2024 as a bookkeeper apprentice – I have built positive, professional relationships with my work colleagues and our clients, who I am working together with to keep their bookkeeping up to date.

I am excited to see my career, knowledge, and skillset grow and expand at JSR Management as a bookkeeper.

In my spare time, I enjoy playing cricket which I have done since the age of 12 – this is where I grew my team player and leadership skill. I have played for South-East District, Dorset County, Ladies and Men cricket. In the evenings, I like to stay fit and healthy by going to the gym and in my spare time on weekends I enjoy going out with my friends and family – going to farms, zoos, walks in the new forest and so much more.
